This application process is designed to ensure a transparent, mutually beneficial partnership. We aren’t just looking for models for a single day; we are looking for long-term partners to join a 23-year creative legacy.

The Shoot Experience

• Theme: High-end automotive modeling. We pair top-tier talent with unique vehicles in unique settings.
• Production: All sets are shot using professional equipment to ensure gallery-quality resolution.
• Content: Shoots are divided in multiple sets (Clothed, Lingerie, and optional Nude) along with high-definition behind-the-scenes video.

The Pay Options

• Option A (The Growth Path): Trade for professional high-res edits + 30% Quarterly Commission on all sales of your sets and collections. This offers long-term passive income as your shoot sells.
• Option B (The Flat Rate): Available for established talent with significant reach. Negotiated Rates Paid in full on the day of the shoot (no ongoing commissions).

Quick Facts:

• Exclusivity: A 60-day “Active Rotation” window where public posts must link to TheChazz.com/Patreon. After 60 days, you have total freedom to post all content.
• Distribution: You receive a full gallery of edits within 7–21 days via Dropbox for your unrestricted use on paid platforms (OnlyFans/Fansly).
• Professionalism: Every shoot is a Closed Set. Nudity is 100% optional, and your comfort is our non-negotiable priority.

Model Partnership & Release Agreement

PART I: PARTNERSHIP GUIDELINES

1. Nudity, Comfort, and Boundaries Nudity is entirely optional. Your comfort and boundaries are our absolute priority.

• If you initially agree to nude content but feel uncomfortable at any point during the shoot, please notify us immediately.
• We will instantly shift focus to Lingerie or Clothed sets without hesitation.
• Professionalism and respect are the foundation of every TheChazz.com set.

2. Video Content High-resolution BTS footage (Gimbal/Drone) is included in your Dropbox.

• Uncensored footage is used as bonus content for the Vault.
• Censored versions are provided for your promotional use on TikTok/Reels.

3. Closed Set Policy To ensure privacy, focus, and safety, all shoots are Closed Sets.

• No outside photographers are permitted.
• Personal phone “behind-the-scenes” photos are allowed, but professional-level cameras (yours or a guest’s) are prohibited.

PART II: COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

4. Compensation Structure TheChazz and Model agree to one of the following two compensation paths:

Option A: The Partnership Model (Trade + Commission)

• The Trade: You receive a full gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution images shot exclusively with professional equipment for your unrestricted use on your personal platforms (OnlyFans, Twitter, Portfolio, etc.).
• The Commission: You earn 30% of the net sales for your specific “Collection” or “Sets” sold on TheChazz.com and the Patreon Vault.
• Long-Tail Revenue: Unlike flat rates, you continue to earn as long as your collection is live. When your set moves from the “Active 60-Day Feed” to the permanent “Vault Shop,” you continue to receive 30% of every individual sale as your shoot sells.
• Payouts: Commissions are calculated and paid out on a Quarterly basis.

Option B: The Flat Rate (Established Talent Only)

• Reserved for professional models with significant social media reach.
• Rates: Negotiated based on reach and mutual benefit.
• Payment: Paid via verifiable funds transfer (CashApp, Paypal) or Via Check (Please request in advance) on the day of the shoot.
• Note: Option B provides immediate payment but does not include ongoing commission or long-term revenue sharing.

Model is responsible for all applicable taxes. Combined payments exceeding $600 in a taxable year will be reported via US Tax Form 1099-MISC.

5. Promotion and Reach (Commission Models Only) For models under the Commission Structure, your active promotion directly impacts your quarterly earnings.

• Direct Incentives: Because you earn 30% of every sale, linking to TheChazz.com/Patreon is vital to maximizing your payout. We recommend sharing the link at least twice a week.
• Engagement Strategy: Avoid “dumping” an entire set at once; drip-feed images to maintain interest and drive fans to the full, high-res collection.

PART III: DISTRIBUTION & EXCLUSIVITY

6. Image Distribution and Usage Images are delivered via a private Dropbox folder within 7–21 days.

• “CAN USE” Folder: Non-nude images and censored previews. You may share these immediately to build hype.
• “PATREON ONLY” Folder: Lingerie and Nude content.

7. 60-Day Active Rotation & Social Media Rules

• The Active Rotation: These images are exclusive to TheChazz.com for 60 days from the date of publication.
• Limited Use: During this 60-day window, Model may use images for personal promotion on paid platforms (OnlyFans/Fansly).
• Public Promotion: Limited promotional use on public social media (FB/IG/Twitter) is permitted during the 60 days, provided that a clear reference/link to TheChazz.com/Patreon, TheChazz.com, or Patreon.com/TheChazzcom is included within the post.
• Post-Exclusivity: Once the 60-day period has concluded, all limitations on the Model’s ability to post or share the images are lifted.

PART IV: LEGAL RELEASE & CONTENT LICENSE

By signing this agreement, I (“Model”) grant TheChazz.com LLC (“Company”) the rights below:

Scope. In exchange for agreed consideration (including TFP and/or commissions), I grant Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to create, use, reproduce, display, perform, publish, distribute, transmit, and archive:

1. Photographs, video, audio, BTS, and any recordings of me; and
2. My written or oral interview responses, titles, captions, and quotes.

Platforms & Distribution. I consent to publication on TheChazz.com, Patreon.com, and Company-controlled social accounts, content delivery networks, and email newsletters.

Approval Waiver. I waive any right to inspect or approve content, captions, or edits. I voluntarily consent to the creation and publication of fashion, lingerie, implied, or nude concepts as discussed.

Release of Claims. I release and discharge Company from claims and liabilities arising from proper creation, use, or publication of the content (including privacy, publicity, and defamation).

Age & Identity. I certify I am at least 18 years old and will provide government ID below for verification.

Termination & Removal.

• Prior to Publication: If terminated by Model prior to publication, Model agrees to pay a $500 service fee (covering equipment amortization, location costs, and labor) plus a full refund of any flat-rate payments.
• Permanent Archive: Once published, this Agreement is permanent to protect the 23-year archive.
• Post-Publication Removal: After a period of 18 months from the initial publication date, Model may request the removal of their shoot from active distribution. Requests must be submitted in writing to Chazz@TheChazz.com. Please allow up to 90 days for the request to be processed and content to be removed from all active platforms.
