Nudity and Comfort

Nudity during the shoot is entirely optional. If you initially agree to shoot nude content but later feel uncomfortable due to the location or those present, please let me know immediately without hesitation. In such cases, we will shift focus to clubwear and lingerie, and your payment will be adjusted accordingly. Your comfort and boundaries are always prioritized.

Our Shoot Pay Rates (To you, the model, from TheChazz.com LLC)

• $75 Flat Rate: 1 Clothed + 2 Lingerie sets
• $200 Flat Rate: 1 Clothed + 1 Lingerie + 1 Topless set
• $300 Flat Rate: 1 Clothed + 1 Lingerie + 1 Full Nude set

These rates are paid the same day as your shoot. Additional earnings can be made through commissions.

Additional Payment Opportunities

If your shoot qualifies, you may receive additional payment following its release. Shoots featuring topless or nude model sets qualify for extra earnings, while lingerie-only shoots currently do not.

Your promotion period begins on the release day of your shoot and lasts 14 days. During this period, any new individuals who join TheChazz.com/Patreon as a result of your shoot will earn you $10 each for topless/nude content. For example:

• 2 new signups = $20
• 10 new signups = $100, and so on.

Editing Timeline and Payment

“CAN USE” Folder

• Contains non-lingerie/non-nude images.
• You may share these immediately upon receipt but are encouraged to limit sharing to one or two images at a time to maintain interest. Avoid posting an entire set at once.
• Censored preview images of lingerie/nude shots will also be provided for promotional use.

“PATREON ONLY” Folder

• Includes lingerie and topless/nude images.
• The folder will have a release date in its title (e.g., “PATREON ONLY until DD/MM/YYYY”). These images must not be publicly shared before the specified date, as they are exclusive to TheChazz.com and associated social media during this period. They may, however, be shared if posted publicly by TheChazz.com first.
• For promotional purposes (e.g., calendars, prints, or business cards), let me know if you’d like to use any image early so I can track usage.

Once the exclusive period ends, you may share the images on social media, Patreon, OnlyFans, etc.

Release Date Coordination and Promotion Tips

After editing, I will coordinate the release date, which will also appear in the title of your Dropbox folder. During your promotional period, avoid sharing too many previews beforehand, as early signups may result in another model earning commissions instead of you.

Video Content

During the shoot, myself or an assistant may capture “behind-the-scenes” footage using high-resolution cameras, gimbals, or drones.

• If footage includes nudity, it will typically be used as bonus content for Patreon.
• Some footage may be censored for promotional videos.

Both censored and uncensored video versions will be included in your Dropbox folder once completed.

Closed Set Policy

This photoshoot will be conducted as a closed set to ensure privacy and focus.

• No other photographers are allowed.
• You may take personal photos with your phone for social media, but professional-level cameras (yours or a guest’s) are strictly prohibited.

TheChazz.com LLC — Model Release & Content License (Short Form)

By submitting this form, I (“Model”) grant TheChazz.com LLC (“Company”) the rights below. This release is effective as of the date I sign.

1. Scope. In exchange for agreed consideration (including TFP), I grant Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to create, use, reproduce, display, perform, publish, distribute, transmit, and archive:
   • Photographs, video, audio, BTS, and any recordings of me; and
   • My written or oral interview responses, titles, captions, and quotes.

   This includes use in whole or part, composites/derivatives, retouching, cropping, color grading, text overlays, and transformations, in any media now known or later developed.

2. Platforms & Distribution. I consent to upload, publication, hosting, embedding, and—where the platform permits—viewer downloads and sharing on TheChazz.com, Patreon.com, and Company-controlled social/media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo), content delivery networks, and email newsletters.
3. Approval Waiver. I waive any right to inspect or approve content, captions, edits, placements, or derivative uses. To the fullest extent permitted, I waive moral rights (attribution/integrity) in the content.
4. Artistic/Sensitive Content. I understand shoots may include fashion, lingerie, implied, or artistic nude concepts as discussed, and I voluntarily consent to creation and publication consistent with this release.
5. Credit. Credit is appreciated when practical but not required.
6. Release of Claims. I release and discharge Company and those acting with its permission (including legal representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns) from claims and liabilities arising from proper creation, use, or publication of the content as licensed here (including privacy, publicity, and defamation), except where a use is proven maliciously intended solely to subject me to conspicuous ridicule or scorn.
7. Age & Identity. I certify I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to sign, and will provide government ID upon request for age/identity verification.
8. Data & Records. I consent to Company storing this release, my contact details, and any age-verification records indefinitely for compliance/provenance, and producing them to service providers, platforms, or legal authorities as reasonably necessary.
9. No Obligation to Use. Company may use, not use, or cease use at its discretion.
10. Session Acknowledgment. I acknowledge the photography session was conducted in a proper and professional manner and that I am signing this release willingly and voluntarily.

(hereinafter referred to as “TheChazz”)

Model Agreement

This Model Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between TheChazz.com LLC, hereinafter referred to as “TheChazz,” and the undersigned model, hereinafter referred to as “Model.”

1. Advisory and Counsel
During the term of this Agreement, TheChazz may provide advice and counsel to the Model in matters related to publicity, public relations, advertising, and distribution of images created during the photoshoot. Model agrees to seek TheChazz’s counsel regarding all matters concerning Model’s endeavors related to shoots conducted between Model and TheChazz. Model shall inform TheChazz of all offers for purchase or use of images captured during this shoot and will direct all inquiries concerning such images to TheChazz.

2. Exclusive Rights and Distribution
TheChazz is granted the exclusive right to use, distribute, and license others to use and distribute Model’s photos, portraits, and pictures in connection with the contracted shoot, as well as for advertising and publicity purposes related to the shoot and matters covered by this Agreement. TheChazz may publicize that the contracted shoot is exclusive to TheChazz.com and may engage in similar services or ventures with others.

3. Payment
TheChazz shall compensate the Model as follows:

• $75 for photoshoots including two lingerie sets.
  OR
• $200 total for shoots that include an additional topless set.
  OR
• $300 total or a mutually negotiated rate for shoots including an additional fully nude set.

Payment will be made to the Model via check or verifiable funds transfer on the day of the shoot. Model acknowledges that they are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes. Transactions exceeding $600 in combined payments during the taxable year will be reported via US Tax Form 1099-MISC.

4. Termination and Refund
This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the photoshoot date. The Model may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice via registered mail to TheChazz’s listed address no later than one week prior to the shoot’s publishing date.

If terminated, the Model will pay a $500 termination fee plus a refund of all payments previously made for the contracted shoot. Once the shoot is published, this Agreement becomes long-standing and permanent unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

5. Service Charge
TheChazz retains the right to collect a service charge from clients utilizing the Model’s services for the contracted shoot. This charge will not affect the Model’s commission or reimbursement, which is solely based on direct payments related to the viewing of the Model’s photoshoot as outlined in this Agreement.

6. Conduct and Behavior
Model agrees to conduct themselves with dignity and professionalism during the shoot and in any engagements related to TheChazz.com. The Model must not engage in activities that could harm their reputation or that of TheChazz, impair their ability to fulfill this Agreement, or compromise their physical or mental health. This includes refraining from the use of drugs or alcohol that could affect performance.

TheChazz may terminate this Agreement with five (5) days’ written notice in cases of breach of this provision.

7. Entire Agreement and Modifications
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or discussions. Modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Neither party is relying on any promises, representations, or warranties not explicitly stated herein.

8. Binding Effect
This Agreement is binding upon the parties, their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.

By signing below, both parties confirm their understanding and agreement to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
